Are you for real? Apparently 17 kittens in Lowell need good homes because some people are too dumb to deserve breathing:

The family told Humane Society workers that they had three cats they didn’t have spayed or neutered because they wanted their children to witness “the miracle of life,” according to an e-mail from Chris Arnott, the agency’s community outreach coordinator.

I can’t even begin to express my anger at this.
